ok i bought 2 12" kenwoods from best buy like a month ago but anyways i took one back the other day cause it was blown, it sounded like shit anyways but the ones i got were 8 ohms and when i took that one back they said all they have are 4 ohm subs so they just gave me a 4 ohm so now i have one 8 ohm and one 4 ohm sub. what will happen if i wire these up? how should i wire them, should i just blow the other 8 ohm and get another 4 ohm or should i tell them i want another 8 ohm? please help

if you have an amp that runs @ 2 ohms, then blow the 8 ohm, and get another 4 ohm.

then wire them like you would a DVC. then ur system may finally be running @ the right ohms..

let the smarter people know what amp you have, and what ohms it runs @. it would be helpful in making a decision.

ok my bad smart ppl i am running a pioneer gm-x962 760w max and 380w rms, it says its stable @ 2 ohms but then again so did my kenwood and it overheated all the time.
