What was the worst concert you went to?

A 10 for 10 concert at Clemson. Ten bands for 10 bucks.

The best performance was from Allie and AJ (sp?) from the Disney channel. They were good (and hot). The opener of the 10 was some ****-*** asian rapper girl who opened with "Hello Greenville." I went to get food.

I just remember being so disappointed at Sean Kingston being awful. He can't sing. He just danced around and yelled alot. He sucked.

I have to say, when I saw Smashing Pumpkins at Voodoo fest, I was pretty dissapointed with their set. Sped through the song, Corgan couldn't hold a tune, and was all out a pretty boring concert. But the worst would have to be this band that opened for Coheed and Cambria concert I went to this summer, I can't really remember the name of the band, but I remember them thinking they were cool by praying to the "thunder god" during the set. Was one of the only bands I have ever booed, but then Coheed came and saved the day

Are they like local bands? Shit if that is the case, I could go on for days! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Suicidal Tendencies has a song on GH 2, institutionalized

I don't like it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

no. they were relatively popular. suicidal tendencies got more radio play than the others and were actually quite popular. we must have been more high than i thought.

Back in 1996/7 (not sure) a Halloween concert in Bakersfield California with Korn opening for Ozzy.

The mixing engineer thought the bass should be about 20db's louder than everything else, making the music sound like one droning throb after another.

Second worst was back in the late 70's when my friends thought sitting right in front of one of the banks of tower speakers would be a good idea.

The concert was Sammy Hager opening for Boston on their Dont Look Back tour.

Three very loud songs into Sammy's act I went deaf and completely missed hearing Boston.

(My hearing started coming back 3 days later.)

loudest concert i ever heard was WASP. i wasn't even next to the towers and went nearly deaf. those who were probably have permanent hearing loss.

A concert with Fabolous, Young Buck, Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy.

I was there from 6-10. Fab had 45 minutes, Buck got 30 minutes, Wayne got 10 minutes, and Jeezy did one song.

Then they had to shut it down because it was an outdoor concert.

Before and in between acts I had to suffer through a bunch of failures, such as Skee Franchise, DJ Somethingghey (forgot his name, but he did ONE song with Tupac, and they wouldn't shut up about it), two skanks from Roc-a-fella, and someone else. Tone Tone was the only decent opening act.

Tim McGraw
I hate country, but was dragged to this concert back in high school.

You win!

Worst concert I went to was to see a death metal band called Cryptopsy.

I love them, and have seen them once before this, and the show was awesome.

This time it sucked. shitty venue, SHITTY P.A. system. Whenever the music would get really really intense the P.A system (the venues) would overload and go into protection for a few 30 seconds at a time. Ruined the show.

Ozzfest is always great but they had the band that sang butterfly who was the absolute worst rock band ever.

Also went to a Cash Money concert in like 99 or 00. 50 black dudes on stage all with mics yelling "what" "ha" " get your roll on" "back dat *** up". Couldn't even tell who was in the fuggin group to the homies they rolled with.

Yeah, but Cryptopsy has the most ridiculous drummer ever. That's why I've seen them, that guy is intense. The singer is just awkward now.

I went to the best concert and the worst concert I've ever been to last night.
Went to see Tool at the pepsi center. The opening band, TransAm SUCKED! The drummer wasn't too bad, but the other two had absolutely no talent. Actually gave a few people (myself included) around me headaches. First concert where I've ever boo'd the band.

But tool more than made up for the 45 minute headache before them.

Lucky bastard. I want to see Tool live so bad. Just seems that every time they come around here I can't buy the tickets.
