what was the older sq 4ch amps called?

i know there's the aq 120.4 and the newer q4-90

but what was the sq 4ch called before the q4-90 ??

the one that put out 120x4 at 4ohms .

as im looking for them.

and dont want the newer q4-90 as that only puts out 90x4 at 4ohms.
