CA glue is the best. If you can't get that...then try some super glue. Test the glue on a piece of foam is possible before applying it to your sub.

CA glue comes in a whole slew of flavors, ethyl based & crystiline, with and without the accelerator....and its not like you really need the accelerator in the first place. Hobby stores carry both, ....the Ethyl based ones are black in color, the crystilne will be clear and comes in either thick or filler type. Either work just fine.

I have used the latter of the two, the pinkish one, instacure + with pretty good success on the spiders my RE subs. But always check the glue on foam test peices first, gotta think ahead for materials chemical reactance.
