im looking into purchasing either a XXX15 or MT 15 this week. the box will be 5 cubes @30hz with 82.5 in. of port. As of now i have a a Hifonics tx1505 amp but will most likely get another amp in the very near future.

So give me your opinions

Thanks,

Jason

I have an RE MT15 in great condition for sale, dual .7ohm (1ohm nominal), Quad stiff spiders.

Box would be perfect, you could just buy another TX1505d... and put one on each coil level matched //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

i'm basically looking for a good mix of spl and sq. my last set up was 2 12" l7's and they were loud but sounded like s**t. I want something that will give me about the same output but better sound quality.

this sounds like a good idea here except can my amp run .7ohm daily and how would i do a level match? i honeslty dont think the audio shops in my town have the capability to do that...lol

A good box with an MT will get plenty loud and sound fine. Unless you want to spend 1000 and get the "godlike" "SQL" speaker, the XXX. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
