It's called a blow-through btw OP.

Think about it before you start cutting away. Blow-throughs are beneficial but totally destroy resale value and significantly decrease your selling market.

There are blow-throughs and cut-throughs and there are differences. Both totally destroy resale. But then so does doing pretty much anything to the vehicle.

Trace area to be cut out with magic marker. Be sure there is nothing important like gas or electrical lines behind the area your cutting into.

Start by making a pilot hole with a drill or small hole saw on the inside edge of the area to be cut. Stick the jig saw with metal blade in hole and follow traced line. Dunzo.

cutting with a sawzall sucks, especially on the first side you start from. the blade hits the panel on the other side. you can kinda angle it at first, but as you get closer to the floor, you can't angle it as much. bends the crap out of the blade when you hit the panel on the other side. the second panel you cut is easier if you can get through that first one. car toys quoted me 250$ to just do the cut. think about this before you do it. do you have an air compressor? a sheet metal cutter works ok.

well i can probably get one of the body shops in my town to cut the hole for around $80 bucks!! i called them a minute ago and they said it would range from 80-100!! so thanks guys with all the help!! does anyone know where i can by an accordian boot from online

is that for both holes? you have to cut 2, one in the cabin, one in the bed.
