what to do with is300 system?

so i have a set of 6.5" alpine type s components, type s 6x9 coaxials, and a sony xav-64bt headunit. the headunit is absolutely going in one way or another, but as for the speakers, i feel like they already sound so good? at least much better than when i had the same setup in my celica that i pulled the speakers out of. im debating if i should keep the stock amp and speakers, and use the metra kit to get the headunit in there, and sell the speakers, or swap the front components while keeping the stock amp? or just go ahead and swap everything and bypass the stock amp, and run on the sony internal amp. anyone with a is300 have any input? thanks!
