Same. I do not like living in the city. We have forest in North-East Iowa, and I plan to live in a cabin there. It's in Guttenberg, by Dubuque. I don't know if any of you know where that's at

Then what do you make it rain with when you go to the club?

I found 50 acres in costa rica for 100k usd.. I just wouldnt know what to do with it.

Had a guy even offer 400 acres for 1.5 million. I played it off just to see what kind of deal i could get, but honestly its cheap out there.

Even came back from NC, greenville and 10 acres for 20k, but dealing with tornados and hureicanes and flooding.

The way i have it, i pretty much made one down payment and now all my work is paying for its self. All the money im paid is pure profit other then the extra stuff i buy for my work.

I did know about forthgoing your starting business adventure. But sometimes that idea gets scrapped out....congrats for being successful.

Please be advised.....that younger people tend to be greedy with their money than older folks.

Re-invest that $$. Have your $$ work for you not the other away around as a lot of us rely on.
