What to do? Help with system set up?

I have pair of jbl gt120d subs with a kenwood amp and a cap got all my cables wires...what else should i get if i want good quality sound with a good bass kick. I have a 2011 civic so nothing is wired to the deck. HELP! i new to all this thanks! oh and a guy told me i should get too amps to get my highs...what the heck does that even mean

To get your "good bass kick" that will come down to tuning to your liking, first are you going to keep your factory radio?
