What subs for 2 sundown 3500d amps

No, No, and No
The Omega we had wasnt handling the 3500 watts we had on it, in a daily box, got hot and smelly fast.... and you could see it wasnt handling it to well.

The SuperHeavyWeight is not meant to be a daily sub, yes it will take it the power without a sweat, but the you can find sq elsewhere.

The DD 9500 will NOT take that power daily....

Look into:

RD Audio HeavyWeight SQL's

DC Audio LvL 4 XL's
Will the 4xls take 4000 watts daily?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Remember the 3500 Is underrated So I dont think the Nightshades would handle 4000 Watts Daily
Can you not read?

I cant decide. I really just want to stick to 2 18's. What can handle that much power daily and sound good doing it.?
Two 18"s with pole plug...2000 rms + 2000 rms=4000rns

Two 18"s with stiffer spiders....3000 rms + 3000 rms=6000rms

I dont think they could handle it.
Although I won't recommend it, NightShades will handle a clean 3k+ on music daily. Team Nemesis Jay has been running a pair of NightShade 18s off a pair of Sundown saz-3000s @ 0.5ohm each. The subs handle it just fine. Everyone at SBN this year got to hear his car and how good it sounded as well as how low the NightShades could play. He had the white Dodge Magnum. I picked up his pair of saz-3500s Friday and he picked them up form me yesterday. We'll have them installed in place of the saz-3000s soon. Yes, he'll be running a pair of saz-3500s @ 0.5ohm daily on a pair of NightShade 18s.

Again, I don't recommend a setup like this to the average user (regardless of what amps & subs you choose) cause with this much power on tap it's easy to screw something up. All it takes is too much volume from the HU, an improperly set gain, poor electrical, incorrect crossover/subsonic settings, etc., and you will damage your equipment.

Guys that are misunderstanding I need 2 18" subs for 2 sundown 3500 amps. Nightshades no, dd 9500's no,omegas no

I am leaning toward the level 5's. How is the sq on them though. I am not looking to win sq comps but would be nice to have it sounding loud/clean on music.

Then I would get the dual 4 ohm subwoofers and wire it to 1 ohm like in the link below. Those subwoofers are 500 watts rms so running them at 1...

They're rated for 250wrms, so you were overpowering them, especially the poor 10s. XBL subs sound really clean at their limits due to the flat BL...
