What sub should I get?

What subs would you guys recommend for a spl setup? Also, I'm dead set on using a Hifonics bxi2607d or 2006d amp to power the subs. I Also want to stay under $400. Here's a few I was thinking of:

Single 15" HDC3

2 MA audio HK12x2

2 15" Type R

What setup would be loudest? Any other suggestions?

The 2 15" type R's would get the loudest. do it.

well me and my buddy "lakota" put in my HDC3 15 and from me to you the sub gets loud but it all depends on what kind of power you are capable to give.
