What sub(s) combo in a 3.5 cube 99 firebird hatch? porter or sealed?

I have a 99 firebird hatchback with the t top space where I can use that to get about 3.5. Should I go ported or sealed? Two subs or one? What about two re sx 12s sealed or 1 13.5 w7? Want to get as loud as possible with staying in a decent budget (1000 or so for sub(s) and amp)
