I have a 2001 Ford F-150 Crew cab with the fold down seats in the back and I was wondering what y'all recommend for subwoofers and amplifiers. Right now I have a pioneer avic-f7010bt head unit and 4 infinity 5x7 speakers that will soon be hooked up to an orion cobalt 600.4 amplifier. I want something that will add good bass for sound quality. i dont need something that will set off car alarms or anything like it. Also this is my first post here. I am looking for mainly sound quality but i also dont want to spend $1000
My ideas so far are:
1. 12" Memphis shallow mount subwoofer with a rockford fosgate 500 watt mono amp. (is this going to have enough bass from behind the seat?)
2. 2 10" Memphis shallow mount subwoofers with an amp, maybe an alpine 600 watt mono.
3. 2 12" Memphis shallow mount subwoofers with an alpine 1000 watt amp.
Those are what im thinking about getting, but i want to know if the single 12 will have enough power to sound good from behind the seat, which will be the best sound quality for my money, and if there are any cheaper ideas that will not cut on quality.
Thanks for the help. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
