What speaker wires to run?

You may need more wire. Wiring up a 4 door, so that's four runs going to the amp(s).
I ended up using about 50 feet for my 2 door Civic.
but my amp is going to be under the back seat of my extended cab f150, so running to the back doors won't require much wire

I used some 4 gauge for the subs on my freinds car for the subs. There is no reason for it, but we had some 4 gauge left over, I managed to get onto the terminals and it looked really cool.
X2...on this next box the 18's gunna be getting 4 gauge power wire for speaker wire, so necessary //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif....maybe some 8 gauge for the tweets too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif (not really)

16 gauge is plenty for upwards of 150w @ 4 ohms.

As for the 4 gauge ... You would need to run 11,250w RMS @ 0.5 for 4 gauge to be required. At 1 ohm, that jumps up to 22,500w. This is all through one wire, with 150A of current.

Even with 2,000w RMS @ 0.5 ohms, you're only drawing 63A of current. 8 gauge is more than enough due to the relatively short run.
