gona run 3 ap mini 1500 at 1 ohm and a small re amp for highs i have a 220 amp alt and a dualastgold up front with 2 svr batts in the rear will one run of 0gauge wire do the trick or will i have to run 2

What will you amperage draw be? Depending on the type of 1/0 AWG you use (CCA, OFC, etc) quality and how long your runs will be will determine if you need one or two runs. You will need to see what the wore is rated per distance, for example 300 amps up to 15 ft or 250 ups to 20 ft runs.

How long is your run. I have been using Trystar welding cable the last few years and absolutely love it. I get the OFC 2/0 (which is like Stinger 1/0 ) and it comes in 3 different colors and you can get custom printing on it to read what ever you want for about 2.50 per ft.

for 4500 watts I would do 2 runs of ofc 1/0

if you have the money do 2 runs, but as long as its 100% ofc full strand you should be fine.
