what size wire should I put on my 13w7 terminals?

Right now I have small wires going to my positve and negative terminals on my sub.Not sure what size but they look like 16 to 18 gauge wire. With all the power I have in my system should I use thicker gauge to my terminals:confused:
Well, if you are guessing what the wire size is, we cant really say for sure if its big enough can we? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
With that speaker and power, some simple 12ga speaker wire should work just fine.

??? ... and how are we supposed to know how much power or how long the wire is?

12 guage is more than enough for almost all car audio needs. If you don't have any 12 gauge, or if you think you want even more copper than that, you can just use 2 runs of what ever cable you have now. 2 runs of your 16-18 guage, or 2 runs of 12, etc. Just make sure you don't reverse the positive/negative on one of the runs. That would be bad... amp go smoke... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

If that's directed towards my comments, Id ask you how much power you think he will be sending a single W7, or how long you really think the run length will be inside said vehicle. The answer? Both will be well within the appropriate range for using 12ga speaker wire, I assure you.
Yes you can double up what you already have to constitute a larger over all wire gauge, assuming you have more of the same smaller stuff laying around.
