What size wire is this?

Help me out please. I got 19ft. this wire out of the dumpster at the local community college, but I dont know what size it is. The blue wire is 4ga. Kicker Hyperflex. Its the only wire I had to compare it to. Any ideas?

No, for some reason it didnt have any printing. I couldnt figure that one out. Im going to take a short peice of it back to school and compare to some wires with the printed size on them Monday.

Either way, whatever size it is. Its not bad for free wire that usually costs $2.50-3/foot.
