What size port do i need?

6 cu ft gross for 1 12. ahhhhhhhhh, its a bit to big. whats the power handleing of that sub, and see if u can get the T/S peramiters. whats the modle number of the sub, ill see if u can dig something up at rockfords site.

as a rule of thumb, 12s like around 1.75-2.5 cu ft net, so with driver displacement and vent displacemnt, your lookin around 3 to 3.25 cu ft, depending on what type of vent your using, slot or round, and how many ports.

When i called RF i said the same thing. I asked if it was too big and he said these subwoofers have been used in a 10 cubic ft. box....
