Well I have been into doing my own car audio for a while and this is the 4th time I have built a box for these same subs. I have 2 dvc 4ohm Alpine Type R 12's (not the newest ones but they still SLAP) with a hifonics brutus bx1500D amp. I wired them down to 1 ohm and they sound nuts in my regular cab f150 but im building a new box, ported for the first time.
I have about 2.8 total cubic feet to work with and I was wondering should I use 1 port hole or 2 and should I seperate the two subs with a divider in the box or just keep one chamber. Let me know what the different variables will produce and also how big to make the ports. Thanks
