what size fuse should i use?!

ok i have a 300 amp fuse right now that came with my kicker wiring kit but i need 2 more for my system. im running all hyperflex 1/0 gauge to my aq2200d. Could i go down to 250 amp fuse? suggestions please

Explain a little more, why do you need two more 300 amp fuses for your system? And if you need more fuses why do you need to step it down to a 250 amp fuse. Your post doesn't really explain enough.

You're not fusing for the amp unless it doesn't have a fuse of its own. Many larger amps don't, in which case use the size fuse that the manual calls for, i.e. take jbizzle's advice since based on his sig, he has the same amp.

I assume you're adding a 2nd fuse on the 1/0 cable for a battery in the trunk?

Therefore you want to use another 300a

yeah i have the 300a next to the front battery and i will need 2 more. 1 before the second battery in trunk and one between the 2nd batt. and amp.

Yeah, add the second 300 amp fuse before the rear battery and add a 200 amp fuse between the amp and rear battery like jBizzle suggested.
