So if im running 4 gauge with a 300a fuse is that bad or something? im just waiting for my order of 0 gauge to come but is that bad for the meantime??

If that's true, I spent $37 for some fuses, distro blocks, speaker wire and RCA cables(which if you're right, I wouldn't trust the RCA anyway)

if you can't afford this, more then likely you can't afford kicker, stinger, or other quality made 0 guage. In this case, welding supply is your best choice and you can get the cheapest per foot.

Your fuse is mainly there to protect the wiring/equipment from burning up. The fuse serves NO purpose if it is over the Amperage that the wire can handle. If you have a problem or draw too much amperage it is not going to pop the fuse before it pops the equipment.

wire is very essential, do not skimp on it...and running a single 4g or 8g or whatever u said was there is by no means enough

Agreed. I would suggest upgrading to at least 2ga wire from the battery back to where you have the 4ga split off.

Might as well just do 1/0
