What size battery for 2500watts

I just bought a Re Mx 18" D2, and when I got it wired up and tuned I realized that either it is running hot from the temperatures here in Georgia being 95+ or that my crescendo 3kwp is being pushed too hard. I have the gain set to like 1800 watts with the DMM, but I was suggested that I get another battery. I am looking at getting one used, and was looking at XS in the classifieds, but with so many batteries to choose from what would be suit my application on stock everything? I just don't want to screw up the amp even though it may not be from playing as much as just normal heat from being in the back of my SUV. Thanks.

So I would be okay with a 3100 and an alternator that idles at 100amps and peaks at 200amps or what would the rating need to be? Sorry about all the questions, haven't had to worry about this issue yet.
