What size amp should I get?

I am confused about power to my subwoffers. I have (2) POWER ACOUSTIK FUBR-10 10" Subwoofers with dual 2 ohm voice coils wired together for a total 2 ohm load. Thse subs are rated at continuious 600 watts RMS each.

So does that mean since there are 2 subs I can use an amp that puts out 1200 Watts RMS or am I thinking wrong and need an amp that puts out 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms.

Power Acoustik? I dunno, I might go for like 200WRMS.

x2. Although I think it would be better to go a little bit above RMS, like 1500-1600 watts.
