it depends on the rest of the electrical system as well but 200 amp should be plenty for 2.8k ive ran and seen people run well more than that on a stock 90amp alt

Well, big 3 and my dad gave me two marine batteries, not sure of specs but they'll help somewhat

I agree ^^^ 200A will be fine.With 2 batteries in the back you should have no issues at all.
