I have 2 re audio *** 12's and a re audio xt4000 at one ohm pushing around 500- 600 to each.My box will be 4.2 cubic ft. counting sub displacement.Subs and port will be facing cab sealed from trunk. My car is a 2007 lincoln mkz.My question is should i use a 6" port or two 4" ports? Plan on tuning around 33-35hz.Never used aero port before , always slot port.Local audio shop is building to my specs. Thanks for and input.

ok. anyway, i have 1 12" RE SE sealed in my Accord Sedan. it shakes my whole car with ease, and the sq is great! i dont really like ported. i use to run my RE HC ported. but sealed, imo, it sounds much cleaner, and the REAL low notes are louder, since ported causes a peak in the response, dropping off fast, esp on the low side

1.16 net cubes, 1.31 gross cubes. using Bass Box Pro, i designed my box to match the 12w6v2s response, in JLs recommended sealed size box (1.25 net cubes). the SE actually performs a hair better due to moving less (relative to its xmax) than the w6v2, while providing the same output as the w6v2, which = less distortion
