What RF do I have and what enclosure is recomended?

I found this at my local Pick n Pull. The number on the bottom doesn't seem to mean anything since it doesn't return anything in Google.

I looked on the RF web site. I'll probably have other questions after I get these two answered.

If it matters, the sub is going into a 1991 Ford Explorer, four door.

Looks like an old school power series. That's as much as I know. Could always contact RF about it.
