What new car?

I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to making the switch from automatic to manual.

After my piece of shit incident with the Saturn, I'll never own an automatic again.

Do you already know how to drive stick?

Not the same car, but same model/outsides; this is what I'm bidding on currently at the local car auction.Subaru Impreza RS 2.5L

How much is it going for ATM?

Yeah, I know how to drive stick, not well enough to the point where shifting is instinctual, but to the point where I could buy it, drive it off the lot, and get home safely.

Gotcha.
Wish my mother had it good enough to do that for me.
This is actually a huge surprise. My family is broke AF, but we had a death recently, and as a result some inheritance money, so my mom wants to use it to square all her bills away, and I guess she's got enough left over to treat me to a new car.

My parents don't pay for a lot, but that's cool, I don't mind. I'm definitely excited for this new car though.

Having the first 'new' car at a young age is the best feeling. Especially when their wasn't much money around growing up. I was too anxious when I bought my civic. I wish now that I thought more about it before deciding. Having a car that could break down any day didn't help too much either.

My rich asshole friend with the 2012 WRX had a 2011 Challenger V6 before it. Decided he didn't like it so he(his parents) got the WRX instead. And he's now just a senior in high school.

The things I would have done to get that car...

This is what it actually look like, only damage is the front fender and missing turn signal, UGLY as fuck hood scoop though

For how much you're going to end up paying, it's still a hell of a deal.

Not digging the color though.

Is that a pink Subaru logo? Haha.

Yes, yes it is it's common on Subaru mod forums to swap emblems to say a pick "I" logo, they also have a blue "I" logo.

I was thinking of plasti-dipping the whole shebang fire belly orange with some metallizers in it to make it look slick (in my opinion certain types of orange look slick) or I might plasti-dip it a different color /shrug

Clean engine bay:
