700? I hope you meant to add a 0 on the end lol. but realistically the minimum for a 5k substage including the electrical required you're looking at about $4000

1500 for electrical

1000 for the amp

1000 for the subs

500 for wire and deadener

...and that's only the substage

yes but you are not going to fit 4 15's into a trunk and like said above me you will still need an amp which at best will be another 600-1000 depending on the amp.
