What kind of eq should I get

I have heard audio control is good, so if I went audio control, what model should I go with?

My setup..

JL xr 3 way

2 12w62's

pioneer avic n2

jl 1000/1

jl 300/2

Also, do I need to worry about eq ing the subs? Or can I just focus on the mids... or do I even need an eq?

I just got access to an RTA so this is why I am asking.
