I'm sure there is a reason for that.. If you add up a 3K and everything to make it operate at full power. I am will to bet you can get a more efficent amp and what it takes to get it to produce full clean power without spending much more money. This is my theory and nothing more, but not show important specs is fishy

well if your able to adapt the 5x7s to a 6.5" component set or even coaxils. and then in the rears upgrade to some bostons, pioneers, or check in the classifieds section for good deals too.
