what is this little blue thing / burned up on my amp board ? amp still works ... ?

when I got this hifonics bx 1605d it had the little blue rectangle thing near both multi color wire blobs looking burned. the amp still functions ... so go figure

but id like to know what function is being messed with having those two littel guys burned up on the board ya know ?

im thinking it might be fun to run the amp over with my truck also.

about 35 times should crush it to death / or my satisfaction maby.....

but I might just trade it for something useful...

those blue things are metal film capacitors.

your amp to me looks like it has some blown power supply transistors. in pic 2 you can see the darkened legs of one of the transistors.

amps sometimes will still work as long as the bad transistor is not shorted to the gate and has burnt the contact between hot and ground.. the amp will work. but output will be diminished.

don't run it over. send it to me...i will even pay for shipping.....lol
