What is this box tuned at?

Last subs i had in it lacked anything low at all. Im thinking around 40 hz. I only know how to do side ported boxes... Whats it tuned at?

36" wide

16.25" tall

18" deep

Port is in the center. Port walls are 2.75" apart, 15.25" tall and 13.75" long
