what is the problem?

i just installed 2 12" kicker cvrs on a 1000 watt kicker amp using 4 gauge kicker wires. when i first crank the car the subs sound really loud. after about 20 minutes or so they dont seem as loud anymore. what is the problem and how can i fix it?

I'm not sure but my cousins old alpine on and ol boston acoustic did that too, he replaced the amp and it fixed it. But it could be your deck, could be your battery it could be several things.
