its poeple like u that give car audio a bad name.u want to drive thru neighbor hoods at night and set of car alarms thats just stupid.as far as 18's being best,there definatly good but i have one mach5 spl 15" tuned to 35hz that hits as hard as a 21"dp.i say go with mach5 spl subs.two 15"s will take 6000rms.
