Ok, pm'ing you now... and funny thing is, I ALWAYS got the same line as it ALWAYS went to the same voicemail. Where are the multiple lines??? Am I missing something?!

Nothing funny about it. When the customer service lines are all busy calls will forward to a single voice mail box which services the customer service lines. Zak has been trying to contact you this morning.

I have purchased from soundqubed many times. have always had great customer service. they have a wonderful product at a very reasonable price.
