well i have a 5 1/4 inch coaxial speaker in all four of my doors and when i have my JVC KD-S25 up to 30 out of 50 (just to the point where my 12" jensen sx1212 really can shake my trunk they almost sound like they are flopping like i broke the woofer in them or something but when i check them there seems to be no external damage and when i turn the HU down to 20 its crystal clear?? what is causing this?? and how do i fix it?

Turn off the bass boost/loudness and turn your bass EQ to 0, then adjust the gain on your subwoofer amp so it's loud like before.
You're sending too much bass signals to your 5 1/4" speakers.
That's the most likely reason. Your headunit probably has a High pass filter setting for your speakers - take advantage of it. Its probably gives you the option of something like 80hz, 100hz, 120hz, or something very similar. Go with 80hz if the low pass filter on your amp for your subwoofer is set to 80hz. If it doesn't, the easiest option would be to go over to your nearest car audio store and pick up some "bass-blockers" for your speakers (not for tweeters). That's the easiest and cheapest fix in my mind.
