what is bad about car audio

You will lose a rearview mirrow...you will gain some squeaks and rattles. Windows sometimes fall of track....That is around 1.5k. I would hate to see those who have 3k as a DD.
hehe, i lost my review in my mustang one day with my two 13W7s in the cobra. it landed in the lap of a chick whos family owns one of the top car audio shops around here, big time JL dealer. just thought that was funny. it scared the shit out of her.

i personally think car audio is a good investment.. i've spent over 3k on my setup and i believe it was all spent the best possibly way... even if i were to switch vehicles my setup will migrate with me.. it's not like its a loss you can always get a penny or two for decent equipment

I've gotten my moneys worth

lol at those people. its funny how since bush is in office people think they can always hear one side of any arguement much like he tries to do. lol too funny loved the posts about old slow people.

I've watch that episode about five times now in amazement at how loud that sub was at 16hz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
it was a 51" steel "speaker" that was attached to a cam on a mercedes rear driveshaft. It produced a max hit at 161.3dB at 16Hz:eek: !!! For the record, the show was about actually being able to "blow out the windows" in a SPL vehicle. The problem with this one was that they didnt completely and totally seal the vehicle...within the first 2 or three pumps it actually blew out the sunroof, hence psi escaped, no go on the ttl destruction...of the car. I hope they re-visit this one with the help of some of our peeps in "the industry!"

I have it recorded.... pm me, send me a videotape/blank DVD with return postage and you will have it too.

http://www.lowertheboom.org to see what's wrong with car audio:rolleyes:

My 90's car has some .... I need pics... it has some places on the back where the rear speakers are at where the panel is kinda bulged up from the "pressure and vibrations?" I dunno.... lol It made sense to me.
