MMATS D3500.05 2700 Wrms @ 1/2 ohm or MMATS D3500.1 2700 Wrms @ 1 ohm gets my vote.

After having my MMATS and it being as great as it is I will never go with anything else in the future as far as I can tell.

what about the Exile 2400.1 2400x1 at 1 ohm. around $1000

Exile is made by the guy who used to be the head designer for Phoenix Gold back in the day. When they went out of business he had signed an 8 year no compete contract and couldn't use their technology until now. I have the 1200.1 which does half of the 2400.1 and i am running 4 kicker comp cvr 12's with it and it drives the crap out of them and i have it full blast if i have it on and the amp doesn't even get too hot to touch, just comfortably warm.
