It is. It's a website with various subforums. Some for horribly violent things' date=' some for porn, and so on. A lot of weirdos and a lot of hackers.... internet hooligans really. If you saw any of those memes making fun of the Batman theatre shooting, that's where they came from.It is best described as the dark-side of the internet... child porn is found there... trollers... err-thang. And for most of them, it's one big family. They choose idiots to pick on, and drive them into submission. Not for the light-hearted in the least.
