1ohm. most amps aren't too stable at .5

if you have a very stout electrical system the amp will run fine daily at .5. i run one of mine at .7 daily for 6 months without any issues. after an hour of hard playing it is warm. now i have 3 large batteries & 4 runs 0 gauge wire. i run my other 4 40.1s at .25 ohms in my crx.(for burps only)

yea i might need to stay with 1ohm then...i got 2 runs of 1/0 1 ground 1 power... from front to back..D34/78 up front 2 D31t in back...i will have a 250 amp alt too...
