what has better SQ L7 or btl

I've had both. BTL destroys the L7 both ways. Clear, deep, and LOUD.

I am actually adding more weight soon lol.

I have dropzone racing struts.

lol.

I know I have around 350lbs in the hatch lol.

Im about to put 12 16vs in there and a new heavier box with the same subs lol.

Thats gonna be some weight.

Maybe having to upgrade them soon.

But when people say its the box. How do you go about to make it sound better to the ear? As far as tuning and box size?

According to HSU, I believe the MK3 will have a little more power in the 40hz and above range if I recall correctly and the HO will go louder and deeper below 25 hz.

The MK3 is definately the better value right now at 200 less.

Again, apples and oranges. The SSD is just a daily driving SQL woofer. It's not as clean nor as loud as the Q, and as such, it's their entry level line. The bass, however, is nowhere near entry level.
