What gauge wire do you use for your high powered subs?

I use 8 too... but if your gunna use spring posts get some adapters so it will fit into them...

On the right, scroll down and click on number 16 "Wire" One of the first things on that page is a great speaker wire calculator. You put in your wire gauge, impedance, power, and length and it gives you quite a bit of info including whether or not it's big enough.
