What gauge is ok?

What gauge wire will I be ok with going from under the hood to the trunk in my 08 civic, running under or around 1100 RMS?

I would do the the bat ground with 1/0 along with the alt to bat cable,

then run 4 gauge back to your amplifier.

bare minimum do everything with 4 gauge. if you need some i have spools just pm me.

I agree with kramer....deffinatly 4 gauge to the amp. And do the Big 3 with 0 gauge. I have a 1500 watt system with 4 guage and it works perfectly.

should be ok, but i would recommend doing 1/0, but at the same time you only have an 80 amp alt and 4 gauge is usually 100-150 amp rated.

4 gauge is fine for the amp. And in all reality, it's fine for the big 3 in your case as well. Most people recommend doing it in 1/0 in case they upgrade later. But, you'll be fine.
