What do you think of this setup?

okay so i have a good alpine component system in the front and some good alpine 6x9s in the rear.. my head unit is a new pioneer mp3.. i am looking for a faily cheap system and am looking for good SQL. This is what I am thinking so far:

Image Dynamics ID10 Dual 4-ohm 250W RMS - $130 shipped

Rockford Fosgate P3001 mono amp - 300W RMS @ 2 ohms - $135 shipped

If i wire this in parallel i should be getting 300W to the sub right?

I could also get the IDQ version of the 10, it is $170 shipped.. what is the difference between the two of these and is the IDQ worth $40 more than the ID?

I have read that the IDv3 is better of a buy than the IDQv2,

 

but the match you listed is a nice one for sure
