What do you guys use to smooth out/enlarge your speaker holes?

I've cut the holes for the sub and the speaker terminal cup. I've made them slightly too small. Thought it would be better than making them too big and having to redo the whole thing. So what would you guys suggest?

I was gonna use a one of those round metal file things but I can't find it. So I'm thinking of just buying a round file ($8 at Ace) and using that. Any better ideas?

How much bigger is it? If its bigger than half an inch, I would suggest you go over it with the jigsaw again.

Or just use some sand paper and sand it down, a file isnt really needed.

Don't sand or file it without power tools. It's a total pain in the ***. I missed the mark on my 8000s by a quarter inch; Had to file a groove for each spoke of the basket.

Use an electric sander that would work, and then it wont take to long. Chief

I use a dremel as I do most of my cuts with a jigsaw, so I clean up all edges with a dremel with the larger diameter sanding bit. Works quite well...

Skim over it with the jigsaw. It's pretty easy. Or sandpaper.
