Ehhh, thinking about getting this. The only other seller that offers warranty is a Kicker authorized dealer, "hifisoundconnections," (actually has a 2 year manufacturer's warranty on new and 90 on refurbished) but has a lot of negative feedback about not sending items, not having them in stock, not answering phone calls, etc., so I decided not to buy from them. Does this look good to you guys pricewise and such?

Will sealed new ones still have the two year manufacturer's warranty? Or does it have to be bought from an "authorized" dealer?
