What do you guys do with leftover MDF??

Yep. That last pic was taken about 45 minutes after it was completely burned, and there were just little bits still on fire. You couldnt stand within 15 feet of the **** thing it was so hot.

i save the speaker cutouts and mix up my fillers on them. and i rip the bigger ones into 3/4x3/4 strips and use them as stir sticks.

Used the leftover mdf from my box to brace it after flexing caused 2" wood screws to break..hah..

save it for other projects like fiberglass pieces or something..

I save mine. I have in my garage a full sheet of 1/2" MDF that I didnt need on my last project. I couldn't take it back as I did not save my receipt. So in there it sits, until one day I have use for it. The thing is, 1/2" isnt the best to work with. Strips pretty easily. Even predrilling doesnt do so well in some areas
