ok..

i have 2 kicker cvr 12's

dual voice coil 2 ohm.

there are 4 speaker wires coming out the back of the box.

what is the amp that i need for this setup?

look for a mono amp that will put out 800 RMS or more at 2 ohm. i would look to make sure how there wired inside the box. but wire them like the 2nd picture here if you get a mono amp.
