What do I need?

Alright so i have a pair of 12 inch mtx thunder 4500 which are a combined 550 watts rms and they are gonna be powered by my kicker zx750.1 amp. Do you guys think I need to make any upgrades to my cars electrical system to power these. I have a 99 plymouth breeze with i believe a 90 amp alternator. Ive heard about the big 3 or a deep cycle battery, do i need these for only 550 watts and if so where are some good places to buy a battery and can most car shops do the big 3 upgrade? thanks

the big 3 is always a good idea...and u can do this yourself, it is very easy

do not get another battery as it is not needed

well i think it is about time to get a new battery anyway, any suggestions on something that is reasonable in price, should i get a deep cycle or just a plain ole battery?

I see no reason to go with anything special....you can get a higher cca battery if you like, but it'll just lengthen the motor off play time. if you decide you want an optima, then go with a yellowtop not a redtop.

big 3 is easy just look it up and do it yourself

if you walk into a shop and say i want the big 3 on my car, they will need some explanation

yea i figured they wouldnt, i guess ill give it a try, doesnt seem to hard, its just adding wires not replacing right?
