I needed to know what i could do to make it louder

I got:

Kenwood head unit

2 15" Memphis (have no clue what kind)

2 61/2 Alpines, 2 6by9 jl audio

400 watt cheap amp for highs

1600 watt boss gt amp (The bass turned down to less than quarter)

Duralast Gold

It is plenty loud but i think my box is holding it back, it's pretty small

Get rid of that amp .. Buy a legit one .. Ported/tuned box for the 15's, and legit amp for the highs

Thanks for youll s opinions except worlddre your a ***. The amp pushes them easy as hell but do you think a better amp will make a huge difference. I know the box will.

Oh yeah the box is sealed. Have no idea how big the box is. I know the box i had my kicker comps in was bigger than it though if thats sayin something.

You have POWER REFERENCE subs. they are 250 rms or 500 for the pair.

I dont know i have another forum and im trying to find out. They aint that strong because i have the gain on the boss amp turned down really low and their hitting hard as hell. Im pretty satisfied with it but i was wonderin id that box was holding me back because its small and sealed.

We ll everyone tells me it's too loud but i just wanted to know what people that actually knew about speakes would recomend. Im not in SPL or nothing i just enjoy the sound. For only being sixteen i think i have a pretty good sytem though. Lol i was at a stop sign and this lady was coverin her ears and my neighbor tells me i rattle everything in her house and thats when i had two twelves.Oh yeah the lady four houses down said she couldnt hear her TV.
